Pecel is typical rice dish originating from the town of Madiun, East Java region of Indonesia.
Pecel rice is famous delicious and healthy because it is made from a mixture of peanut sauce, vegetables and various side dishes.
For sauces made from fried peanuts and mixed with various seasonings: chili, garlic, shrimp paste, lime leaves, salt, sugar Java, java acidic. All ingredients were mixed and crushed together.
For vegetables, consisting of: Swamp Cabbage, Cabbage, mustard, mung bean sprouts, basil leaves, cassava leaves, papaya leaves, Kembang turi, Leaf kenikir, winged bean.
And for a side dish-dishes: dent roasted peanuts, fried Tofu, Tempeh Fried, Meat empal, fried chicken, fried eggs, depending on your taste.
As a place to eat, still using "pincuk" (banana leaf), and if eaten while hot food ... hmmmm really delicious.
